The Thai investor, know as Mr Bee, is expected to acquire an initial 20 per cent of the shares, with a view to absorbing a majority share of 65 per cent in the following year.
La Repubblica reported today a direct quote by Taechaubol that confirms the agreement in his own words.
“Next Sunday, April 26, I'll be in Milan to sign and close the deal,” the businessman is quoted as saying.
This is not the first personal quote that links Mr Bee to Milan, as prior to yesterday's Derby della Madonnina he had sent a personal message to the club, reported today by the Corriere della Sera.
“My warm and best wishes to the President, the entire Berlusconi family, and all of the directors, but above all I send my full support for Milan.
“I'll be watching the game live from Bangkok and I'll be your most dedicated fan. Forza Milan!”
