Now Milano Finanza is reporting that the property tycoon, commonly known as Mr Bee, will request an extension until the end of the year, as he seeks to confirm funding.
Chinese bank Citic are a potential source of capital, but they and other investors must be convinced by due diligence before committing to funding the move.
