It was confirmed earlier today that the Juventus midfielder will have a medical with the Red Devils, ahead of what is expected to be a world-record transfer.
“Is it a done deal? I think so, finally,” Mourinho said in his Press conference after the Community Shield win over Leicester City.

“It’s amazing that such a good player is with us. Finally we have him. He comes to a winning side, a side that won the last two matches, the [FA] cup final and Charity Shield.
“He has to work hard to come to the team. I got info just before game, I haven’t had time to think about it. If he is here before the Premier League [starts] to give us time to work that is good.”
