Paulo Dybala reportedly spoke to Roma coach Jose Mourinho today, but despite them offering the best contract, he is still waiting on Napoli and above all Inter.

La Joya is a free agent after Juventus withdrew their contract extension and allowed his deal to run down on June 30.

He had seemed to be on the verge of signing for the Nerazzurri, but they hit the brakes when securing Romelu Lukaku on loan from Chelsea, as they need to clear out Alexis Sanchez before bringing anyone else in.

This has given Roma and Napoli the opportunity to break in with their own proposals and several sources maintain the Giallorossi have made the highest wage proposal of any of the candidates.

La Stampa also suggest that Mourinho spoke directly to Dybala by phone today to convince the Argentina international to choose the Stadio Olimpico.

However, they are not in the Champions League, so Dybala is still expected to wait for Napoli and above all Inter to make counter-offers.

  1. Mourinho you cant do nothing with him, let be honest you cant even pay the lower wage demand of 6m pus 2m bonus

  2. @Mohammed why are you so obsessed about Mourinho?? The article is about the player!! Stay on topic

  3. This guy @Mohammed seems to be bitter about Roma of Mourinho. I see him in multiple articles speaking negative things about the club. His sentiments are always misconstrued. He should do due diligence before posting.

  4. I want to believe that Mohammed fight with mourinho is because the special one is better than the coach of his club.

  5. Personally I think Dybala could be a sensation at Napoli, just as he was at Palermo. The lure of Jose is very strong and he could choose Roma. Inter have to balance the books before they buy him. Whichever club he chooses, it will be fascinating to see him play next season.
