Tottenham Hotspur are prepared to offer Lucas Moura in an exchange deal for Napoli centre-forward Arkadiusz Milik, claims the Daily Mail.

Milik is refusing to sign a new contract at the Stadio San Paolo, making his departure this summer almost unavoidable.

Although Juventus are pursuing the Poland international, Napoli would prefer to sell him abroad so as to avoid reinforcing a direct rival.

According to the Daily Mail, Tottenham are aggressive in their pursuit of Milik and are prepared to offer Brazilian winger Lucas Moura as part of the deal.

According to the Daily Mail, Tottenham are aggressive in their pursuit of Milik and are prepared to offer Brazilian winger Lucas Moura as part of the deal.

Moura famously scored a hat-trick in the Champions League last term, but hasn’t scored for Spurs since December.

The Brazilian turns 28 next month and plays primarily on the right wing, so would be an heir to Jose Callejon.

He has seven goals and three assists for Tottenham in 42 competitive games so far this season.

As Napoli have slapped a €50m price-tag on Milik, it means Tottenham would have to add a cash sum to Moura in order to make up the difference.
