Thiago Motta and Cristiano Giuntoli waved at Juventus ultras outside the club’s training ground on Thursday morning when die-hard fans urged the team to ‘respect’ the jersey.

Juventus have started the pre-season at Continassa, and around 200 ultras showed up outside the training centre’s gates this morning to support the team and Motta, the new coach.

As reported by Ilbianconero.com, ultras told the team to ‘sweat’ for the shirt and respect it during the upcoming campaign, urging the players to show the highest commitment to the club.

After a morning training session, Motta and Giuntoli also showed up and waved at the ultras.

Juventus’ pre-season will continue in Germany over the next few weeks, while the first Serie A game of the campaign is against Cesc Fabregas’ Como at the Allianz Stadium on August 19.
