The 29-year-old Nigeria international had joined Fenerbahce on loan in January 2019, but all parties have agreed to cut that short so that he can reunite with former Chelsea manager Antonio Conte at San Siro.

According to Sky Sport Italia, Sportitalia and La Gazzetta dello Sport, the medical will be on Tuesday morning at approximately 10am local time.

Moses is so eager to make the transfer that he flew in tonight.

The medical is going to be absolutely crucial, because Moses has had two serious thigh injuries this season, the first in August and then again at the start of December.

In 18 months, Moses has made only 23 competitive appearances for Fenerbahce, scoring five goals with two assists.
