Two more Genoa players have tested positive for Covid-19 following the latest tests undergone by the whole team yesterday.

Genoa revealed that Petar Brlek and Miha Zajc tests have come out positive, as did Walter Bressan’s, who is serving at the club as one of Rolando Maran’s assistants.

There are currently 19 people at Genoa who tested positive for Coronavirus, 14 of whom are players.

The club has suspended the team’s training sessions until next Monday and the Serie A game that was supposed to be played tomorrow against Torino was postponed yesterday.

Genoa played their last league game against Napoli on Sunday but the first tests done by the Azzurri have all come out negative. The Partenopei held an extra test yesterday and the outcomes will be revealed in the coming hours.
