“He has great professionalism and determination. Last season it went wrong. Now the merit is 80 per cent his.

“Scudetto? As a fan, I hope can say that word. That’s the hope of all Inter fans, we’ve wanted it since day one.
“The start has definitely been very good. All records are made to be broken, we hope this team can exceed those in the past.
“That’s the hope for the future.”
Moratti also gave his opinion on champions Juventus, who are 10 points behind the Beneamata after a difficult start.
“It’s never easy to restart after a lot of changes, even if they signed great players. I also think though, that little things have gone against them. I think that has to be taken into account.”
