Former President Massimo Moratti says Inter are “truly very strong” and sees Juventus as their main Scudetto rivals.

“A perfect weekend for Inter?” Moratti considered, speaking to Gazzetta dello Sport.
“So it would seem, though I’d have preferred Juventus-Fiorentina to end in a draw [the Bianconeri won 3-1].

“Are Juventus the most dangerous? Yes, because in the return fixtures they’ll have all the head-to-head clashes at home.
“The others won’t give up, but Juventus have won because they’re very strong. At first, everything was going against them, but now they’re back.
“They’re as dangerous as ever, because they’re more used to winning than the others. But I believe they respect us, this Inter is truly very strong.
“This year we have a squad full of strong players, with a super bench which gives confidence to the rest of the squad and the fans.
“The players are talented, and [Coach Roberto] Mancini is talented. We’re seeing good football now too.”
