Former Inter President Massimo Moratti says the Nerazzurri ‘did well’ in the derby, and backs current patron Erick Thohir.

The Derby della Madonnina ended in stalemate last night, with the Beneamata slugging out a 0-0 draw with city rivals Milan.

“It was a lively derby,” Moratti told Gazzetta dello Sport.

“Inter will have left a good impression. The derby has a big history, and the team did well, it’s important to always look forward and top hope that the youngsters can improve.
