The former Juventus coach is heading for his fourth Scudetto as a coach and his first with Inter, and the Nerazzurri could wrap up the Scudetto against Crotone this weekend.

Moratti doesn’t want to take anything for granted before it’s mathematically secured, but the former President praised the coach.

“The Scudetto would arrive after some time, it would be necessary to maintain the international character. The points, due to superstition, are never counted, we are waiting for the mathematics to prove us right,” Moratti told Radio Marte.

“It seems to me that the team is absolutely in a very positive situation. Conte has been very good; he created an environment and a way of playing that made the team very strong and suitable for the championship.

“He arrived as a former Juventus player, but he is very serious and a very capable professional.”

Conte also won the Premier League and the FA Cup during his two-year stint with Chelsea.
