Alvaro Morata could return to Atletico Madrid at the end of the season as the Old Lady will try to sign Sergio Aguero, Mauro Icardi or Moise Kean.

Morata joined Juventus on a €10m loan deal from Atletico Madrid in the summer. The Old Lady can extend his temporary move for one more season paying the same fee, or sign him permanently for €45m.

If Juventus extend the striker’s loan, they will have an option to make his move permanent for €35m in 2022.

However, according to La Stampa, there are concrete chances to see Morata returning to the Wanda Metropolitano at the end of the season as Juventus have different transfer targets.

The Bianconeri are monitoring the likes of Mauro Icardi, Moise Kean and Sergio Aguero.

The Manchester City forward can join Juventus as a free agent, but many other European clubs are interested in welcoming El Kun’s services, including Arsenal and Barcelona.

Mauro Icardi and Moise Kean can only move to Juventus in swap deals.

The Bianconeri can offer four players to Everton to sign Kean, while Icardi could join Juventus in a swap deal with Paulo Dybala.
