Sky Sport Italia reports that Alvaro Morata wants to join Milan, so the Rossoneri directors will meet him this week to finalise the transfer.

Sky Sport Italia transfer expert Gianluca Di Marzio reports on X, formerly Twitter, that Atletico Madrid star Morata has decided to join Milan this summer, so he will meet club directors later this week before undergoing medical tests.

The Spain international has a €13m clause included in his contract. This means that Milan have two options: pay the sum in full or negotiate a transfer fee with his club, Atletico Madrid, in order to pay a slightly higher fee in multiple instalments.

According to Sky Sport Italia, Milan directors will fly to Madrid on Wednesday or Thursday to finalise an agreement with the former Juventus star.

Red Bird advisor Zlatan Ibrahimovic has reportedly promised that Milan will match Morata’s salary demands. The Serie A giants also want Morata to undergo medical tests before his holidays and expect to finalise the transfer this week.
