Bernardo Corradi is now a free agent, as Canadian club Montreal Impact decided not to renew his contract.
The former Parma, Lazio and Manchester City striker is not on the squad list for the MLS side’s 2013 season.
It was a brief adventure, as Corradi only joined the Impact at the end of February, scoring four goals in 11 games.

He had been suffering from a knee injury and that may well have contributed to the decision to let him go.
It remains to be seen whether Corradi will try to negotiate a new deal within the MLS or consider retirement, as he turns 37 in March 2013.
Montreal Impact have kept hold of their other Italian stars, Alessandro Nesta, Marco Di Vaio and Matteo Ferrari.
