Roma finally seem to have reached a deal to send Robin Olsen to Montpellier, on loan with option to buy for a total €8.2m.
It’s still not quite the €9m paid to FC Copenhagen a year ago, but the goalkeeper was such a flop that he was dropped in the final months in favour of Antonio Mirante.
According to Sky Sport Italia, intensive negotiations worked out the final details today and a move is now down to personal terms.
Montpellier will pay €1.2m for the one-season loan and a further €7m option to buy in June 2020.
