“AC Milan would like to communicate that Riccardo Montolivo underwent a visit today from Professor Herbert Schoenhuber and Riccardo Accetta, the two surgeons that operated on him on the 2nd of June earlier this year.
“The outcome of the medical visit was positive and revealed that the fractured left tibia has healed.
“Montolivo will now begin the athletic preparation before resuming training again gradually with the side.”
