Riccardo Montolivo admits the derby against Inter is “crucial” for Milan’s season.
The Rossoneri captain was present for a Press conference to promote Sunday’s Derby della Madonnina as a ‘Match for Peace’ and discussed the season so far.
“The regret from the season so far is we’ve failed to make the leap,” Montolivo reflected.
“We haven’t been consistent, and the derby is a crucial game to keep our hopes of a high finish alive.

The Diavolo currently trail their city rivals by eight points, but beat Alessandria in the first leg of the Coppa Italia semi-final this week.
