Vincenzo Montella said he has “a lot more work to do” after his second consecutive Liga defeat with Sevilla.
The former Milan Coach has lost both games, having initially scraped a victory in the Copa del Rey.
This afternoon, his team were beaten 1-0 by 10-man Alaves, who are in the relegation zone.
“We are very unhappy with the result,” said Montella afterwards.
“We have to work more. There is a good attitude, but so much to improve both in terms of performance and efficiency.

“It’s true that we created chances in the second half and came close to equalising, but obviously there is some very important work ahead of us.
“The reason we came in was that there were areas to be improved. It’s better, but there is still a lot more work to do.”
