Real Madrid star and Ballon d’Or winner Luka Modric “was considering the idea” of joining Inter, revealed MasterChef judge Joe Bastianich.
There have been multiple reports over the last few months that Modric was ready to walk away from the Bernabeu for a new challenge at San Siro.
“I met him last summer in Sardinia and advised him to go to Inter,” MasterChef Italia and USA judge Bastianich told Radio Deejay.
“He revealed to me that he was considering the idea of moving to Milan.”

While Real Madrid successfully blocked Modric after the World Cup, it’s safe to assume Inter will try again at the end of the season.
