The attacking midfielder’s contract with the Gunners had one more year left to run, but it seems he has already played his last game for them.
The 31-year-old should therefore put pen to paper on a permanent deal with the Giallorossi soon.
Mkhitaryan has scored six goals and provided four assists in 19 matches for Roma since signing on loan from Arsenal last summer.
I was delighted with how I was welcomed here at @OfficialASRoma by everyone. It was so easy for me to become part of this group of fantastic guys. I feel very happy with my life in “giallorosso” and I’m fully focused on the upcoming challenges.
