Shakhtar Donetsk are already qualified, but Henrikh Mkhitaryan is confident they can do even better than their draw when Juventus come to town.

The Ukrainians earned a 1-1 draw in Turin in Matchday 2 with Alex Teixeira's goal and it was considered to be an upset, but Shakhtar proved themselves to be no flash in the pan by topping the group.

Tomorrow evening Juve need only a point to be sure of joining them in the next phase of the competition, a result that would eliminate trophy holders Chelsea.

“We have to step on to the field with great determination,” said the midfielder in a Press conference.

“Everyone thinks we’re relaxed because we are already in the final 16, but we will go out there to win and always multiply our efforts at home in front of our fans.

“When I play, I do not think about the result, as I just focus on what the Coach tells me to do. The most important thing is that the team wins. It’s no good scoring a goal and then losing the game.

“It was very tough for us in Turin, but I think tomorrow will be different because we’re on home turf. I am sure it’ll be a completely new match and we’ll be able to achieve great attacking success.”
