Multiple reports in Italy claim Juventus midfielder Fabio Miretti will remain out of action for up to three weeks, missing at least six games.

The Italy starlet was stretched off in the first half of a 3-0 win over Salernitana on Tuesday.

Juventus confirmed with an official statement the following day that exams undergone by the 19-year-old ruled out an ankle fracture.

Italian sports papers Gazzetta, Corsport and Tuttosport and Turin-based La Stampa report the product of Juventus academy will remain out of action for at least three weeks, meaning that he will miss Serie A games against Fiorentina, Spezia, Torino and Roma, as well as the two Europa League matches against Nantes.

Miretti could be back in mid-March for the game against Sampdoria on March 12 or the following week against Inter at the Stadio Meazza.

Miretti has gotten regular playing time at the Allianz Stadium this season, collecting 25 appearances across all competitions.
