Napoli have released an official statement, confirming the operation on the knee of Arkadiusz Milik was a success.
“Arkadiusz Milik was operated on his left knee this morning by Professor Mariani Villa Stuart. The operation was also attended by Dr. Alfonso De Nicola, head of the Napoli medical team.
“The operation lasted 40 minutes and was perfectly successful.
“The Azzurri striker was injured during the match Poland-Denmark and sustained a complete rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee.
