It was widely reported that the fee being paid by the Partenopei for the Polish international was closer to €25m.
However, in an interview with Transfermarkt, David Pantak revealed that Aurelio De Laurentiis will in fact be paying up to an additional €10m.

“The fee agreed to by De Laurentiis to secure the signing of the 22-year-old Pole, who has arrived from Ajax, is €31m plus €4m of eventual bonuses, coming to a total of €35m,” Pantak is quoted as saying.
