The left-back moved to San Siro last summer on a Bosman from Marseille, but quickly switched to QPR in January on a loan basis.
Taiwo, according to Sky Sport Italia, will move to the Ukrainian club on a temporary basis at a cost of €500,000. Dynamo will have the option to sign him outright for a further €2m.
