Lifelong Milan fan and Nemen founder Leonardo Fasolo described the opportunity to create this special collaborative kit as a “dream”, although the Rossoneri dropping two points at home to Bologna last night was more akin to a nightmare in the context of their bid for a first Scudetto since 2011.

The shirt itself brings a unique design to the table, with Nemen delivering a distinctive take on Milan’s iconic red and black stripes. As a city inextricably linked to the fashion industry, it’s possibly a little surprising that this is Il Diavolo’s first ever collaboration with a fashion brand.

The shirt has drawn inspiration from the city of Milan and also leans on Nemen’s penchant for introducing fades into its designs. The traditional red and black stripes appear to be bursting out from beneath an all-white top layer, akin to a superhero tearing off an outer shirt to reveal a costume underneath.

There are lots of nice details, while the basic design for the Milan x Nemen shirt appears to have been lifted from Puma’s Ultraweave template, as seen with the reissue of Italy’s Euro 2020-winning kit that debuted in the Nations League back in October. The advanced material used delivers ‘Puma’s lightest performance jersey ever’, which is great for staying at a comfortable temperature whether you’re exercising or not.

This Milan x Nemen collaboration also includes two different jackets and a pair of technical pants, allowing you to complete the look. Milan Women had the honour of wearing the kit and stash for the first time in their 3-0 win away to Empoli Ladies on Sunday, before the men were unable to make it two wins from two in this one-off kit last night.

Neither team is set to wear the shirt in a match again, while stocks of this unique kit are limited and appear likely to sell out soon. With Milan hoping to win their first title in more than a decade, now is the perfect time to show your colours in support of the Rossoneri – albeit in a quirky and unconventional design.

If you prefer a more traditional style of shirt, Kitbag currently have the 2021-22 Milan home shirt on offer with more than 50% off. The replica shirt with Puma’s dryCELL technology has been reduced to just £34, down from £70.

Should you be after the authentic version of the shirt as worn by players on matchdays, you can pick it up for less than the original price of the replica shirt. Kitbag has reduced the Milan 2021-22 authentic shirt to £66, which is a 40% saving on the full price of £110.

4 thought on “Milan fourth and half-price home shirts now available”
  1. Seeing the fourth shirt live during the match, all i could think was ‘it looks like a failed christmas jumper’

  2. Pure money grab bringing it out so late in the season. Which you might excuse if it didn’t look like an explosion of bird sh1t.
