How much West Ham offered Monaco for Milan target Fofana

According to French outlet l’Equipe, West Ham have offered Monaco more than twice as much as Milan have for Fofana.

The opening offer from the Rossoneri was reportedly €17m. The player is now into the final year of his contract with Monaco, and is expected to depart the Stade Louis II by the end of the transfer window.
