Milan are planning to reshape their defensive department but have been struggling to reach an agreement for Tottenham right-back Emerson Royal.

Spurs have rejected the Rossoneri’s €15m bid, so the Serie A giants are looking for potential alternatives.

Milan inquire about Wan-Bissaka, Kaborè and Frimpong as Emerson Royal talks stall

According to the latest report from Gazzetta dello Sport, Milan have asked for information about Bayer Leverkusen star Frimpong, Wan-Bissaka of Manchester United and Kaborè of Manchester City.

Wan-Bissaka is probably the cheaper option for the Rossoneri, as his future at Old Trafford has been uncertain for months, if not years.

Both his and Kaborè’s contracts expire in June 2025, so Milan have inquired about their availability. According to Gazzetta, it is unlikely that Kaborè will remain at Manchester City beyond the summer.

The Rossoneri have a plan B as well, which is Strahinja Pavlovic from RB Salzburg and use Pierre Kalulu as a right-back.

The Rossoneri could still sign a centre-back and a right-back in the summer, but their priority remains the purchase of a new centre-forward, with Alvaro Morata being their primary option.
