Adel Taarabt “could return to Milan in the last week of August when QPR realise they have no other options.”
The forward joined on loan in January and impressed, but not enough for the Rossoneri to pay the buy-out clause.
Taarabt has gone back to Queens Park Rangers, but the FIFA agent who brokered his Milan move doesn’t think it’s over yet.
“In my view Milan evidently wanted to avoid spending the money for the buy-out,” Vincenzo Morabito told Tuttomercatoweb.
“I think there’s still a chance of seeing him with a Rossoneri jersey. It can be finished off in the last week of August when QPR realise they have no other options.
“At that stage, they could consider another loan. The club tried offering him up in England, but despite a good season there wasn’t much interest in him.
“Milan need to complete their squad, but the problem right now is that Robinho complicates matters. Taarabt is a player they already know and they’re aware of what he can give.”
Robinho is on the market, but so far Milan and his entourage have failed to agree terms with Orlando City, Santos, Flamingo or Olympiacos.
