Milan are looking at Hellas Verona midfielder Mattia Zaccagni after reports Hakan Calhanoglu’s agent offered him to Inter.

The Calhanoglu situation remains uncertain, as his contract with the Rossoneri is due to expire on June 30 and he has not agreed an extension.

However, he has also so far failed to find another club ready to pay his €6m per season wage demands.

According to Calciomercato.com, Calhanoglu’s agent even tried to offer the Turkey international to Inter, but they too aren’t ready to pay these wages.

Meanwhile, the two San Siro giants are set to clash for another target, as Sky Sport Italia report Milan are now looking at Verona midfielder Zaccagni.

The 26-year-old has long been linked with Inter and his current Hellas contract is due to expire in June 2022.
