Milan ultras and the Association of Fan Clubs demand the Rossoneri solve the situation regarding tickets for their match against Fiorentina: ‘The away sector is fundamental.’

Only 200-300 Fiorentina fans will watch Sunday’s match against the Rossoneri from the away sector as Milan fans have bought the remaining entrances available. Fiorentina director Joe Barone hasn’t hidden his trustration and Milan fans somehow back the Tuscans in their protest.

Milan vs. Fiorentina ticket scandal explained: how many Viola fans will be at San Siro

“The management of the ticket sales for Milan-Fiorentina is just the latest of many episodes that saw home fans buy tickets in the away sector this season,” the Curva Sud wrote in a joint statement with the Association of Milan Clubs.

“We ask Milan, who are always attentive and sensitive towards the fans’ legitimate needs, to bring the issue to the observatory table and find an immediate solution to Sunday’s issue because we want to say it clearly and firmly: for us, the away sector is sacred and is fundamental in every stadium.

“For us, it is unthinkable not to have a sector from which to support our Milan away. A stadium without the away sector, without the rival fans or us as host fans, is inconceivable and the furthest thing from our idea of stadium and football”.

  1. This wouldn’t happen in England, supporters would believe in swiping tickets all for themselves.

Not a Milan fan but all respect where it’s due. They have a great mentality
