Milan ultras have printed up thousands of fake banknotes with Gianluigi Donnarumma’s face to throw at the PSG goalkeeper in tonight’s Champions League match.

It kicks off at San Siro at 20.00 GMT and is the first time the shot-stopper has returned to San Siro as an opponent since leaving as a free agent in 2021.

Donnarumma was a product of the youth academy and was given his Serie A debut at the age of 16, going on to become one of the most valuable goalkeepers in the world.

However, the Rossoneri did not see a penny for his transfer, as he rejected a new contract and let it run down, joining Paris Saint-Germain for free.

He has been nicknamed ‘Dollarumma’ ever since as an insult and that will be manifested this evening when Milan ultras hand out bunches of fake bank notes with his face, which are to be thrown onto the field.

The notes read ‘Mercenary: Man without honour. Dollarumma.’
