Milan are the biggest spenders in Serie A so far, but the Rossoneri are in talks to bring more new faces to San Siro with Nikola Vlasic on top of their shopping list.

Milan have invested over €60m in new signings so far with Mike Maignan, Olivier Giroud, and Fodé Ballo-Touré, who have joined the club, while Sandro Tonali and Fikayo Tomori have made their loan moves permanent.

However, the Rossoneri still have some business to take care of as Stefano Pioli needs a replacement for Hakan Cahanoglu, who joined Inter as a free agent.

CSKA Moscow’s Nikola Vlasic is the Rossoneri’ priority, but the Russian club have already rejected Milan’s opening bid.

According to Calciomercato.com, the Rossoneri offered €5m for the player’s loan until the end of the season, with an option to buy in the region of €20m plus add-ons.

However, CSKA value Vlasic at least €30-35m, so they expect a higher offer from San Siro.

Meantime, the Serie A giants will announce Brahim Diaz’s return to the club on a two-year loan from Real Madrid.

Milan the biggest spenders in Serie A so far

The Spaniard signed his new contract with the Rossoneri on Sunday.

Milan remain in talks to extend the contract of Franck Kessié. His deal expires in June 2022 and after Gigio Donnarumma and Calhanoglu’s exit as free agents, the extension of ‘The President’ would be worth as much as a new signing for the Rossoneri.
