Milan are finalising the paperwork for 16-year-old Paraguayan talent Hugo Cuenca from Deportivo Capiatá, confirms his agent.

It had previously been reported by Calciomercato.com that the deal was worth €500,000, plus 10 per cent of the future transfer fee.

Now agent Renato Bittar has told Radio Versus in Paraguay that the transfer is down to the details.

“We are finalising the paperwork, everything is well on the way to completion,” said the representative.

Naturally, Cuenca will at first join Milan’s Primavera youth team, but he is an exciting young talent to bring to the club so early in his career.

  1. Being a life long Milan fan and flying to Milan over 30 times to watch games and the final in Rome in 2003. Looking at maldini in the photo I see ceaser maldini. I’m 41 now and watched my first game when I was 8 and loved the red and black it was the only reason I liked the team and now 33 years later I feel like I’m the luckiest man in the world because I support Milan. I always wanted to make billions so I could buy Milan but realised how hard it was when I got a little older. I’m rich but not a billionaire in cash but a billionaire in the fact that I’m a fan of Milan.
