Luca Antonelli could make a return to Milan in exchange for Pablo Armero towards Genoa.
According to today’s edition of Tuttosport, the Rossoneri have proposed a straight swap.
Colombia international Armero is finding it difficult to break into the first team at San Siro, even with injuries to Mattia De Sciglio and Ignazio Abate.
The 28-year-old is admired by Genoa Coach Gian Piero Gasperini, who would like to bring in the left-back.
In exchange, Milan could request 27-year-old Antonelli, who grew up in the Rossoneri youth academy.

It would be a return for Antonelli, as he started his career at Milan and was repeatedly loaned out to Bari and Parma.
In January 2011, the Ducali sold him to Genoa and he has gone from strength to strength in recent years.
Able to play on the left side of defence, midfield or even a trident attack, Antonelli has scored three goals in 15 Serie A games this season.
Those included the winner when Genoa beat Milan 1-0 earlier this month.
Milan’s first target had been Fiorentina’s Manuel Pasqual, but it’s suggested they baulked at the demands for a 32-year-old player.
