Milan have reportedly set the date for Divock Origi’s medical, as he will fly in next week to complete his free transfer from Liverpool.
The 27-year-old agreed personal terms some weeks ago on a four-year contract worth circa €4m per season including add-ons and performance-related bonuses.
According to MilanNews.it, the striker will be in Italy next week for his medical and to sign the contract.
The Belgium international had been at Liverpool since 2014, although there were also loan spells at Lille and Wolfsburg.
Origi contributed six goals and four assists in his 18 competitive appearances for the Reds this season.
Milan are also going to delay the finalisation of Alessandro Florenzi and Junior Messias moves for a few days, although there are no concerns that they will be completed.
Florenzi was on loan from Roma, while Messias arrived from Crotone last summer, but the Rossoneri achieved discounts on both their options to buy.

That’s the face he pulled when he realised Milan Lab would be responsible for keeping him fit.
