Olivier Giroud isn’t the only new signing for Milan, as it’s reported they also struck deals tonight for Brahim Diaz’s two-year loan and Monaco full-back Fode Ballo-Toure.

Giroud flew in with a private jet to Linate Airport in Milan this evening and he will have his medical tomorrow, completing the transfer from Chelsea for €1m plus up to another €1m in performance-related bonuses.

Sky Sport Italia and Sportitalia report this evening that’s not the only deal that the Rossoneri have done.

They are also ready to close deals for two more important players over the next 24 hours.

Real Madrid have agreed to release Brahim Diaz to Milan on a two-year loan for a total €3m fee.

Milan will have an option to buy for €22m, but crucially Real Madrid retain a counter-option for €27m so they can bring him back to base.

The creative midfielder already spent last season on loan at San Siro and wanted to continue this experience after their Champions League qualification.

Milan also struck a deal with AS Monaco for 24-year-old Senegal international left-back Ballo-Toure.

He is expected in Italy for a medical over the next couple of days, with the transfer fee set at €4m plus up to another €0.5m in add-ons.
