Saelemaekers had left Belgium national team last week because of a mild injury but seems to have recovered his best fitness.

“Training recommenced this afternoon at Milanello with the squad in reduced numbers owing to the various International players away on duty. Paolo Maldini attended the training session,” Milan wrote in an official statement.
“Kicking off at 15:00 CET, the Rossoneri undertook a training match against the Primavera team (two halves of 30 minutes each). The match finished 6-0 in favour of the first team, with the following players starting: Moleri, Conti, Musacchio, Kalulu, Hernández, Saelemaekers, Hauge, Castillejo, Maldini, Rebić and Ibrahimović. The six goals were scored by Rebić, Ibrahimović, Castillejo, Musacchio, Castillejo and Hauge.”
