Milan have eyed Samuele Ricci as their ideal midfielder reinforcement and look set to make a move for the Torino midfielder to fight off potential competition from other clubs next summer.
The 23-year-old has been playing regularly with the Granata in the last three seasons, and his displays caught the eye of some teams around Europe, including Manchester City.

However, the Rossoneri are reportedly in search of a playmaker and seem eager to start negotiations with Torino before other suitors, although it remains unlikely that Paolo Vanoli’s side will be open to selling Ricci during the winter transfer market.
Milan willing to strike Ricci deal with Torino before other suitors
Milan are willing to secure a deal for Ricci in advance to make sure Torino won’t negotiate the midfielder’s departure with other clubs, as reported by Sky Sport Italia.
The Rossoneri considers the Italy international the perfect profile to strengthen their midfield, and they’d make a move to strike a deal with the Granata to sign the player in the summer of 2025.

Ricci missed Italy’s latest fixtures in the Nations League due to an ankle injury but was praised for his previous displays with Luciano Spalletti’s outfit in September.
In a recent interview, the playmaker admitted he studied Manchester City’s star Rodri to improve some aspects of his game.

He’ll ruin his career there.
Make this happen, Marotta.
He´ll go to Inter.
