A sale to Chinese consortium Sino-Europe Sports is expected to be completed on December 13, but rumours have been growing in recent days that it could be delayed.

Even in that case, the Diavolo would likely be able to raise funds for the transfer market, with Sosa likely to return to Turkey and Honda wanted in China.

In addition, Carlos Bacca’s trip to Seville to watch his old side, Sevilla, has stoked rumours that he’ll also be allowed to leave in January.

In addition to Musacchio, who would cost €20m to €25m, Tuttosport reports that Milan are interested in Hoffenheim midfielder Sebastian Rudy.

The German international is out of contract in the summer, and could be available for just €5m in January.
