However, the Diavolo consider Romagnoli to be unsellable, and immediately rejected the offer from the Stamford Bridge club.
The Blues are known to be looking for a centre-back, and have also been linked with Napoli’s Kalidou Koulibaly and Nikola Maksimovic of Torino.
