Milan are aware of the interest in Mike Maignan and rumours suggest they could turn to Arsenal shot stopper Aaron Ramsdale in the summer.

Maignan has continued to shine with the Rossoneri this term, proving himself to be one of the best in his position in Europe, and his strong work has attracted the attention of a number of clubs including Chelsea and Bayern Munich.

Milan sent a message last summer with the sale of Sandro Tonali to Newcastle United, making it clear that they’d be willing to accept lucrative sums for even their top stars. Reports last month suggested the Rossoneri would be open to selling Maignan leave for the right price.

As reported by journalist Ekrem Konur, Milan are interested in a possible move for Arsenal’s Ramsdale in the summer should they ultimately sell Maignan for a lofty sum.

The 25-year-old Englishman has fallen out of the picture in North London this term following the arrival of David Raya, limiting him to just five Premier League appearances. His contract with the Gunners expires in June 2026.

Ramsdale raised eyebrows back in November after he told Ian Wright and Bugzy Malone on Behind The Game that “if you ask me to focus on a game of football for 90 minutes I’m finished. I can’t do it.”
