Milan are targeting PSV Eindhoven right-back Denzel Dumfries to replace Davide Calabria, with Ricardo Rodriguez helping to lower the price-tag.

According to the Corriere dello Sport and Radio Rossonera, they have been working on a deal for the 24-year-old since February.

That date was significant, as it was when Mino Raiola took over as his agent.

Calabria is increasingly likely to be sold this summer, as being a youth product, he would register a higher profit on the club books.

Rodriguez was already loaned to PSV for this season and his transfer could be used to lower the price-tag for Dumfries to Milan.

Throughout this campaign, Dumfries played 40 competitive games for PSV Eindhoven, contributing eight goals and four assists.

The Dutch international is believed to be worth in the region of €12-15m.
