Calciomercato.com reports the Rossoneri have decided to sign Tomori on a permanent deal, and will not negotiate the price-tag should they secure a top-four finish.

The English centre-back arrived on loan from Chelsea in January and the Diavolo has a €28m option to buy the player this summer.

Reports have suggested Milan are hoping to negotiate a discount with the Blues, but the outlet claims qualifying for the prestigious competition will enable the club to pay the full price.

Tomori scored his first goal in the Rossoneri shirt against the Old Lady and has already played 14 times in Serie A and 19 competitive games in total.
