“I’ve been in Europe for over 30 days and I’ve talked to more than 20 clubs about various topics.

“This photo only shows the good relations I have in Europe with the main leaders of big clubs.

“Gustavo’s renewal? No comment.”

The 26-year-old represented Brazil at several youth levels but has yet to be capped by their senior squad.

He has gone on to play almost 200 games for Santos since making his debut in 2011, although he has been hit by two serious knee injuries.

Although Henrique’s contract expires in December 2020, CM claims he can be signed for ‘close to €3m’.

Tuttosport, meanwhile, reports Milan plan to bring in a replacement left-back for Ricardo Rodriguez, naming Cristiano Biraghi, Emerson Palmieri, Luca Pellegrini and Marc Cucurella as potential targets.
