Reports suggest Bee Taechaubol has only been able to raise around 30 per cent of the capital necessary to complete his Milan investment.
The Thai property tycoon, commonly known as Mr Bee, has agreed a deal to take over 48 per cent of the Rossoneri, by investing €480m.
However, La Repubblica is reporting that Taechaubol has only been able to raise €140m, including €20m from his own personal fortune.

It’s now expected that there will be a face-to-face meeting with Milan President Silvio Berlusconi, to understand whether the negotiations, which have already been delayed several times, can be concluded.
The investment was supposed to be completed by September 30, but was put back until the end of November.
It was suggested last week that the deal would be completed after Christmas, but it seems likely that deadline will again be pushed back.
