According to Sky Sport Italia, Milan have made an opening offer for Club Brugge starlet Charles De Ketelaere.

The Belgium international is one of Milan’s main targets to bolster Stefano Pioli’s options in attack.

As per Sky Sport Italia, the Serie A champions have made their opening bid for Club Brugge, putting €20m on the table, plus add-ons.

However, the asking price is much higher and the Rossoneri face competition from several top clubs, especially from the Premier League. Previous reports in Italy claimed that the Belgian side wants at least €40m for their starlet.

De Ketelaere, 21, is under contract with Club Brugge until 2024. He has scored 18 goals in 78 appearances in the Belgian league and made his senior debut with the Red Devils in November 2020.

The Rossoneri are looking for a new attacking midfielder as Brahim Diaz had highs and lows during his second year at the club and Franck Kessié, who was often used in an advanced position in 2021-22, has officially joined Barcelona as a free agent.

  1. Got a feeling your already planning to sell leao in 2 yrs time and this guy his replacement. However this guy is talked about he’s very good

  2. Exciting player and if I were him I’d go Milan rather than be a bit part player at a top EPL team or signing for Aston Villa or West Ham Utd lol

  3. @Mahmood.

Leao and Charles don’t play in the same position 🤦🏻‍♂️ It’s like Milan signing a central defender, and you saying it’s a future replacement for Maignan.
