Milan goalkeeper Mike Maignan will undergo medical tests on his injured knee today, but coach Stefano Pioli is confident the French keeper hasn’t suffered a severe injury.

Maignan was forced off the pitch after just 21 minutes in Milan’s 3-1 win over Slavia Praha on Thursday night.

Pioli provided a fitness update on the goalkeeper during a post-match press conference: “Mike felt pain in his knee. but it doesn’t seem anything worrying. We’ll see, but I can say it won’t be a lengthy thing,” said the Rossoneri coach as quoted by Milannews.
