Milan are in the midst of an injury crisis and are interested in picking up Chelsea defender Benoit Badiashile in January, reports suggest.
Rossoneri coach Stefano Pioli was forced to use midfielder Rade Krunic as a centre back in the Champions League loss to Borussia Dortmund after Malick Thiaw pulled up with a hamstring injury early into the second half.
Milan have a long list of players currently sidelined with injuries, having to do without Ismael Bennacer, Pierre Kalulu, Mattia Caldara, Thiaw, Marco Sportiello, Marco Pellegrino, Simon Kjaer, Rafael Leao and Noah Okafor.
As reported by Tuttosport via TMW, Milan will look to shore up their squad in the January transfer window and are considering making a move for Chelsea defender Badiashile.
The 22-year-old Frenchman has hardly featured for the Blues this term, seeing just 151 minutes of action across two games, and Milan are hoping to snap him up on loan.
Prior to his move to West London, Juventus were one of the clubs interested in picking up Badiashile, and now he could finally make the jump to Serie A.
